We are delighted to see that the foundations for Phase 2 Tansley Business Park are complete and work to erect the steel frame and complete the cladding will be commencing soon.

We are pleased to be working with West Dereham Plant Limited on a new pumping station at Yaxley. Sheet piling is installed and excavations are nearing completion.

A sneak preview!

We are looking forward to moving to our new office designed by us. The units were designed to give flexibility allowing them to be split into 3 or even 6 seperate offices.

Learning Resources UK will be sharing the office and have recently moved in. Here is a sneak preview of the entrance hall to the units.

Another Milestone Anniversary at CBF

We were delighted to recently celebrate 25 years of dedicated service by Shona at Calvert Brain & Fraulo Limited and Calvert Brain & Fraulo Architectural Limited.

Shona started work with Calvert Brain & Fraulo Partnership on 6th October 1997. Shona is an awesome secretary and fabulous PA to Roy and Tracy and we look forward to working with Shona for many years to come.

New industrial units at Victory Court, Bryggen Road, King’s Lynn

We are delighted that construction work has started on our development of three industrial units at Victory Court. SDM Fabrication Limited have been busy putting up the steel frame. .

18 July 22 : The new offices at Victory Court are now well progressed with the steel frame completed and the cold rolled components nearly complete. Calvert Brain & Fraulo Architectural Limited and Calvert Brain & Fraulo Limited, Consulting Structural and Civil Engineers, have both worked extensively on this project over many years to get to this stage, both companies are very experienced in designing & detailing and obtaining planning permission for commercial and industrial projects. It is very nice to be able to work on our own project this time round.

14th October 22 : The roof cladding is now complete at our new offices in Victory Court and the wall cladding is well underway.

Our feature staircase has also now been completed with site welding necessary to finish the balustrading which incorporates deformed reinforcing bar normally used in reinforced concrete.

20th October 2022 – The walls have been completed on all four elevations, flashing and guttering is the next job and then the windows and doors to make it watertight.
